Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box to ensure they remain protected.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
